Our Annual Publications

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any of our annual publications for a full refund provided that the book is in its original sellable condition.

Our Other Products

• Within 365 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any non-annual LTP product for a full refund provided that it is in its original sellable condition and is still listed in our most recent catalog.
• Any media products, including audiocassette tape, videotape, CD, and software, must be returnedunopened, unless defective.
• Sale items are non-returnable.

Defective Products

LTP guarantees all of its products against manufacturing defects. All defective merchandise may be returned for replacement.

Packing and Shipping your Return

Please include a copy of your original packing slip, or provide as much identifying information as you can on a separate sheet of paper (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, customer service number, etc.) and indicate the reason for return. Wrap your return securely, and send it to us at:

Damaged in Shipment

Contact LTP for information about returning any product presumed damaged in shipment. Call 1-800-933-1800. Damaged products must be reported to LTP no later than 3 business days after truck has been delivered.
