As children of catechetical age approach the parish for the sacraments of initiation, parish ministers have an opportunity to engage entire families in the formation process. The Christian initiation process envisions that catechumens are supported by the entire parish community; for children, their parents and family members are integral to their journey. Participants in this Digital Institute will explore a family-based approach to the catechumenal process and identify specific ways that parents can accompany their children on the journey to faith, while strengthening and enhancing their own faith.

Our Virtual Workshops are conducted on Adobe Connect, a web-based online meeting platform. Participants are asked to utilize a computer for these virtual workshops and to download the desktop application prior to their session.
